Delivery
What are your shipping costs and additional charges? [read more] We charge a flat rate of £8.50 for mainland UK. For a pallet delivery we charge £50 for a single pallet and £120 for a double pallet. If your item is coming from Europe there may be a one off charge of £120, which is reflected as a delivery charge. When the customer is not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply. This will depend on the size of the order and courier used. [/read]
How long does delivery take? [read more] Some of our items are shipped between 2-3 working days and others can take up to 14 working days. If you are concerned about delivery please give us a call on 01245 422 353 and we can give you a more accurate estimate regrading which product you are ordering. Garden edging is only packed at the weekend so delivery will follow the following week. In a lot of cases, delivery will be a lot quicker but if it is delayed due to causes beyond our control we will extend the delivery time by a reasonable period and contact you with the new arrangements. Can you deliver to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland? [read more] Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. [/read]
When will I get confirmation of my order? [read more] After buying our products you should receive a confirmation email. If this does not happen in the first half an hour please check your junk and spam folders to see if the confirmation may have migrated there. [/read]
What should I do if my order is late? [read more] We try our best to ensure that orders reach our customers on time, however on very unlikely occasions this may not be possible. If this does occur and your order is late, please don’t hesitate to call us on 01245 422 353 so we can get the issue sorted as quickly as possible. Can my item be delivered on a specific day? [read more] Yes but by arrangement. If you require a specific day please give us a call on 01245 422 353 or email us by [email protected] and we can get that sorted for you. [/read]
What should I do if my property has access issues? [read more] Depending on the product, we might deliver by lorry. This means that if you do have access issues, we may not be able to successfully deliver. However, if you ring us beforehand on 01245 422 353 and let us know the issues with delivery we may be able to come to a conclusion that will result in a successful delivery. [/read]
Does my delivery need to be signed for? [read more] Typically yes, however if you write in your delivery instructions that the delivery can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, then this can be easily arranged. [/read]
Can I cancel my order? [read more] Your order can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch. [/read]
Returns
Am I able to return my order? [read more] You are able to return your items 14 days after the day of cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the return of the goods in the condition in which they were sent. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the goods to be returned to us, therefore we advise insurance is taken out and the return is a recorded delivery service. To receive a full refund, goods must be returned in the same packaging, in their original condition, undamaged and unused. [/read]
What should I do if my order has arrived damaged? [read more] If your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, please send us an email at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product. We do package our products in the most protective way in order to safely send them out, however on the rare occasion they may become damaged in transit. [/read]
