What are your shipping costs and additional charges? ↓
We charge a flat rate of £8.50 for mainland UK. For a pallet delivery we charge £50 for a single pallet and £120 for a double pallet. If your item is coming from Europe there may be a one off charge of £120, which is reflected as a delivery charge. When the customer is not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply. This will depend on the size of the order and courier used.
How long does delivery take? ↓
Some of our items are shipped between 2-3 working days and others can take up to 14 working days. If you are concerned about delivery please give us a call on 01245 422 353 and we can give you a more accurate estimate regrading which product you are ordering. Garden edging is only packed at the weekend so delivery will follow the following week. In a lot of cases, delivery will be a lot quicker but if it is delayed due to causes beyond our control we will extend the delivery time by a reasonable period and contact you with the new arrangements.
Can you deliver to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland? ↓
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.
When will I get confirmation of my order? ↓
After buying our products you should receive a confirmation email. If this does not happen in the first half an hour please check your junk and spam folders to see if the confirmation may have migrated there.
What should I do if my order is late? ↓
We try our best to ensure that orders reach our customers on time, however on very unlikely occasions this may not be possible. If this does occur and your order is late, please don’t hesitate to call us on 01245 422 353 so we can get the issue sorted as quickly as possible. We are a very friendly team and are readily available to rectify any issues that you may have.

Can my item be delivered on a specific day? ↓
Yes but by arrangement. If you require a specific day please give us a call on 01245 422 353 or email us by [email protected]
and we can get that sorted for you.
What should I do if my property has access issues? ↓
Depending on the product, we might deliver by lorry. This means that if you do have access issues, we may not be able to successfully deliver. However, if you ring us beforehand on 01245 422 353 and let us know the issues with delivery we may be able to come to a conclusion that will result in a successful delivery.
Does my delivery need to be signed for? ↓
Typically yes, however if you write in your delivery instructions that the delivery can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, then this can be easily arranged.
Can I cancel my order? ↓
Your order can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch.
