Returns
As these retaining walls are made specifically for each order and are deemed to be a bespoke sale we are unable to offer a return as in the terms and conditions. We recommend that you take time in assessing your requirements prior to ordering.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary but generally take around 14 working days, delivery costs are dependant on the size of the product and therefore the method of delivery. In most cases the delivery cost is £120, this is a customs charge.
Pallet deliveries are kerbside only unless a suitable offload area is available.
